Find the host site closest to you.
Each host site has their OWN order form with specific payment instructions. Be sure you are downloading the correct host site order form.
Complete the order form.
Mail the order form, along with payment, to the site where you will pick up your food.

take it to the church during regular business hours (8:00 am - 4:30 pm)
use the secure drop box located next to the main entrance door (order forms and envelopes are provided)
